Send TrendSpider alerts and trading bot signals to EZPZ Trader as webhooks, with the alert variables to use and a ready-to-paste JSON message.

Set up an alert

TrendSpider can send an alert as a webhook. Paste your strategy's webhook URL as the alert's webhook, and use a JSON message like this one:

Variables

Variable	Sends
`%alert_symbol%`	The symbol the alert is on
`%last_price%`	The price when the alert fired
`%alert_name%`	The alert's name
`%alert_note%`	The alert's notes

Extra fields such as the alert name are saved with the signal and shown on its page, which helps you see which alert sent it. Put them in extras:

Trading bots

TrendSpider trading bots don't fill in a ticker variable, so type the ticker into the message yourself.

IP restriction

TrendSpider doesn't publish the IP addresses its webhooks come from. Keep the strategy's IP restriction on Any IP addresses when you use TrendSpider.
