The full rules are in Order Behavior.
Fractional shares
Turn on Allow fractional quantity in the subscription's Position Size to trade fractions, on brokers that support it. When it's off, quantities are rounded down to whole shares. A fixed quantity below 1 becomes 1, and any other size that rounds down to 0 is skipped.
Fractional limits
Brokers put limits on fractional orders. For example, a fractional order usually can't be shorted, and some brokers only accept fractional orders as DAY Market orders. Where a fractional order can't carry a take profit or stop loss, the quantity is rounded to whole shares instead.
Extended hours
With Allow entry / exit extended hours on, stock orders can trade from 4:00 to 9:30 and 16:00 to 20:00 ET, on brokers that support it. See Market Hours.
Pattern day trading
US brokers apply the Pattern Day Trader rule to margin accounts under $25,000: four or more day trades in five business days can restrict the account. EZPZ Trader doesn't track this. A broker that blocks a trade for it will reject the order.
